I support both both young people and adults to process stress, depression, anxiety and grief so that they can be present and lead enriched, meaningful lives. I am a qualified, professional counsellor trained in many therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, who has experience working with homeless young people as well as people dealing with anxiety and grief and loss.
I am passionate about making healthy habits, not just for our physical lives but with our thought patterns and internal worlds as well.
One habit I find beneficial for my wellbeing is journaling or writing. I have been writing since I can remember. Stories, poetry, journals, articles, essays, workbooks… you name it, I have most likely written it! Words help me navigate life and I love sharing my words in the hope that they help someone else navigate their life too.
