Never forget the words of Winnie the Pooh are true - You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think! Ever wondered what behind the scenes looks like for a therapist? Well here is a quick glimpse inside my day... only my family didn't want to be filmed! 😂 I promised they do exist 😂 Self-love is not selfish; it's an essential ingredient for personal growth and well-being. Embrace your strengths, acknowledge your vulnerabilities, and celebrate your uniqueness. Remember as cliche as it is, it truly is a journey not a destination. Practice and small steps will get you there. Not sure what that looks like? Ask me how. Walk with me in the countryside this Sunday. Pause a d take a break. Let yourself be surrounded by nature. Try this tip to nurture your inner child with compassion and healing dialogue. It's truly a constant a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance for all of us! Better late than never, another Sunday afternoon walk with me for Tuesday! Remember friends that self-compassion is not a destination but a process of acceptance and growth. Let's let go of these myths and embrace kindness to ourselves and others. Together we can create a world where compassion is both within ourselves and with others. The 10-10-10 Rule by Suzy Welch is a quick framework to help gain perspective and prioritise decisions. Hope it helps! Another Sunday walk with me. Take the time to enjoy nature, your body and mind will thank you 🙏
