I grew up in many different countries often moving every few years. By the time I hit my teens, I was riddled with self-doubt and lacking self-confidence. Friendships were hard, but liking myself was harder still. I dropped out of uni and found myself mising out on so much of what life had to offer as I hid myself away.
Today I am a busy mother of two who has overcome anxiety and crippling imposter symdrome to become a qualified Counsellor, registered with the Australian Counselling Asoociation. You’ll most likely find me in therapy sessions, enjoying family time, playing with my dogs, or taking long walks in nature.
Looks bright! I’m excited to help others go from surviving to thriving. I’m passionate about bridging the gap to get acessible meantal health tools and resources to you. Together we can embark on a journey of healing and growth to overcome your personal struggles and challenges and find hope, peace and freedom!
